Problem: your computer got infected with the virus Trojan-Ransom.Win32.Taras.a., as a result the Anti-Virus program installed on the computer does not function normally or does not start at all.

Solution: in order to resolve the problem, do the following:

* download the www.bat.zip utility which fights the virus, unpuck it using WinZip;
* run the executable file of www.bat without any parameters: the utility scans the memory and restore the OS functionality;
* wait until the scan process is over;
* restart your computer once the restore period is over.
